Most will tell you that as a rule of thumb, roof inspections should be scheduled in the spring and then again in the fall. As a general rule, roof inspections should be conducted a minimum of twice a year. At the very least, roof inspections should be conducted once a year.
Obviously, the older your roof is, the more likely you are to need repairs. Inspections can help avoid emergencies and unexpected costs that go along with it. New roofing systems come with a warranty. Typically the warranty requires two inspections a year unless you want to forfeit your coverage.
